The company was originally incorporated on 28/08/1970 in the state of Maharashtra, India. 1999 -Company received award from Gujarat Chief Minister for the highest export of readymade garments. 2003 -The Company has bagged one more order from M/s E S Sutton, one of the large supplier to M/s Wal mart stores Inc (USA), the largest retailer chain store in the world for the products like home furnishing & apparels. The order is worth Rs 35.40 million. -Haria Exports wins award for top Export Performance -Haria Exports enters into joint collaboration with M/s Stliz Inc (USA). 2004 -The Company approved bonus issue in the ratio of 2:5. 2005 -The Company has successfully completed the order for Home furnishing for M/s BETTENWELT, one of the largest furnishing retailer in Germany. The order was worth Rs 20 million. 2009 -The company has started new line business of manufacturing and marketing Company installed warp knitting to manufacure Mosquito Net & other expensive variety of fabrics on Domestic & International Level. 2010 -Company introduced manufacturing Pre form pet bottle plant. -The Company appointed Mr. Kantilal Haria as the Managing Director of the Company. 2012 -Haria Exports Ltd has has approved the Composite Scheme of Arrangement between Best Plastex Private Limited. Haria Exports Limited and Haria Apparels Limited and their respective Shareholders involving amalgamation of Best Plastex Private Limited with Haria Exports Limited and demerger of the Garment division of Haria Exports Limited into Haria Apparels Limited and the Company has filed the certified copy of the Order along with the Scheme with the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai.
