Our Company was originally incorporated as "Hemant Surgical Industries Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated March 27, 1989, bearing registration No.051133 issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai and CIN No. U33110MH1989PTC051133. Subsequently our Company was converted into a public limited company vide special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on January 24, 1994 and the name of our Company was changed from "Hemant Surgical Industries Private Limited" to "Hemant Surgical Industries Limited" vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation granted to our Company consequent upon conversion into public limited company dated February 22, 1994 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai bearing Corporate Identification Number U33110MH1989PLC051133.Major events and milestones:1989Incorporation of the Company in the name of "Hemant Surgical Private Limted"1993Became the Sole Agent for JMS Co.
