Our Company was incorporated as `Aptech Information Systems Limited', a public limited company under the Companies Act, 1956 on November 20, 1992, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation granted by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai ("RoC"). Our Company obtained a certificate of commencement of business on December 31, 1992 from the RoC. The name of our Company was changed to `Aptech Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated August 5, 1996 was granted by the RoC. The Equity Shares of our Company were listed on BSE and NSE in 1997.
