Subsequently, our Company was converted to a public limited company, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders of our Company at the extra-ordinary general meeting held on January 29, 2024 and the name of our Company was changed from "HP Telecom India Private Limited" to "HP Telecom India Limited", pursuant conversion from private to public company and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated February 26, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies.
