We have clinched a vast base of customers to whom we export wide range of phthalocyanine blue pigments for plastics, waterbase & offset inks, paint(alkyd) on a regular basis. 2014 -Ishan Dyes & Chemicals Ltd has informed that the registered office of the Company has been shifted to 18, G.I.D.C Estate, Phase - 1, Vatva, Ahmedabad -382445 from earlier registered office i.e. Dinsha Chambers, 1st floor, Above State Bank of India, Dist. Kheda, Borsad -388540. The same is effective from August 13, 2014. 2016 -Ishan Dyes & Chemicals Ltd has recommends the Issue of Bonus Equity Shares to the existing Shareholders of the Company in the ratio of 1 (One) new equity share of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up as a Bonus Share for every 2 (Two) existing equity shares of Rs. 10/- each fully paid up of the Company.
