The Company is promoted by Mr. Kalyan J.Shah. It is an existing, profit making and dividend paying company and is presently engaged in the manufacture of coarse Cotton Yarn on open end spinning process of various counts with an installed capacity of 10.80 lac kg per annum. The commercial production of the unit started on 5.1.1988. The plant is located at Survey No. 1433, Vill. Rajpur, Taluka Kadi, Distt. Mehsana, Gujarat. The unit had been sanctioned various loans by GSFC,the details of which are as under: 1. In January 1985 for Rs. 30.00 lacs, 2. In March 1990 for Rs. 29.54 lacs 3. In April 1991 for Rs. 34.01 lacs. The Unit has been recently sanctioned a term loan of Rs. 228 lacs jointly by GSFC and GIIC. Term loan sanction from GSFC is under their Gold Card line of Credit. There was no commercial activity in the company since its incorporation. The Company started commercial production from 5.1.1988.
