Subsequently, the Company was converted into a public limited Company pursuant to special resolution passed at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on September 26, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Jhandewalas Foods Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur dated September 29, 2017.
