The Company was originally incorporated as a public limited company under the name of JSW Infrastructure & Logistics Limited under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated April 21, 2006 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai. the Company received a certificate of commencement of business on June 22, 2006 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra at Mumbai.
