Thereafter, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on April 23, 2024 and the name of the Company was changed to "Jungle Camps India Limited". A fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon Conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, NCT of Delhi on June 13, 2024.
