Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 15, 2024, and the name of the Company was changed to `Justo Realfintech Limited'. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated January 01, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre.
