Further, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on August 26, 2022, the name of our Company was changed from 'Kanishk Aluminium Extrusions Private Limited' to 'Kanishk Aluminium India Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur vide dated September 21, 2022. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from 'Kanishk Aluminium India Private Limited' to 'Kanishk Aluminium India Limited' vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated October 30, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
