Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a resolution passed by our Shareholders at an extraordinary general meeting held on September 13, 2023 and consequently the name of our Company was changed to `Kay Cee Energy & Infra Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 12, 2023 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Jaipur.
