Our company was incorporated as a private limited company under the name "Kaytex Fabrics Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 vide certificate of incorporation dated June 29, 1996 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, H.P. & Chandigarh.
