The promoters have wide experience in executing and running industries and have successfully promoted M/s. Kalpana Mercantiles Limited, Kalpana Plastics and Kalpana Promoters Pvt.Ltd. 2007 -Sarla Gems Ltd has appointed Mr. Kashinath Agarwal and Mr. Mohan Kumar as Directors of the Company with effect from February 17, 2007. 2009 - Sarla Gems Ltd has informed that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held on June 08, 2009, has appointed Mr. Jitendra Tiwari as an additional director of the Company with effect from June 08, 2009 under section 260 of the Companies Act, 1956. -Company has changed its name from Sarla Gems Ltd. to Kalpena Plastiks Ltd. 2010 -Registered Office of the Company has been shifted From 3, Saheed Nityananda Saha Sarani, Kolkata - 700 001 To 27, Shakespeare Sarani, 3rd Floor, Kolkata - 700 017. 2015 -The name of the company has been changed from Kalpena Plastiks Ltd. to Kkalpana Plastick Ltd.
