Further, our Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company pursuant to special resolution passed in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting of the company dated March 09, 2024 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed from "Lakshya Powertech Private Limited" to "Lakshya Powertech Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated June 13, 2024 was issued to our Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad.
