Our Company was originally incorporated as `Laser Cables Private Limited' at Kolkata, West Bengal, as a private limited company under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated January 7, 1988, issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Kolkata. Subsequently, pursuant to a resolution dated December 7, 2015 and January 28, 2016 passed by our Board and our Shareholders, respectively, the name of our Company was changed from `Laser Cables Private Limited' to `Laser Power & Infra Private Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name dated February 3, 2016 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal at Kolkata. Thereafter, pursuant to a board resolution dated August 28, 2025 and a special resolution passed by the shareholders dated September 1, 2025, our Company was converted from a private company to a public limited company and the name of our Company was changed to `Laser Power & Infra Limited' and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to a public company dated September 8, 2025 was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.Major Events and Milestones:2006- Secured order for supplying PVC insulated armoured unscreened underground cable2009- Started our first manufacturing unit at Kandua (Manufacturing Unit I) measuring 6.26 acres2010- Secured our first international order for supply of AAAC conductors for the Ethiopian Electric Power Corporation Universal Electrification Access Program2018- Secured our first solar EPC project- Started our second manufacturing unit at Dhulagori (Manufacturing Unit II) measuring 8.84 acres- Obtained CCV line capable of manufacturing up to 66kv2019- Set up of aluminium rod rolling mill in Manufacturing Unit II2021- Secured our first international EPC project for design and manufacture certain facilities or supply and installation of medium tension and base tension to strengthen electricity distribution in six major cities of Republic of Togo2022- Secured our first water EPC project2025- Acquisition of Manufacturing Unit III at Kharagpur measuring 25.29 acres, pursuant to a Composite Scheme of Arrangement amongst Bhuvee Stenovate Private Limited, Suncity Metals and Tubes Private Limited and our Company- Secured a power purchase agreement from Maharashtra State Electricity Distribution Company Limited for supply of 50 MW(AC) solar power under Mukhyamantri Saur Krushi Vahini Yojana 2.0- Entered into a contract with Ethiopian Electric Utility for manufacture and supply of concentric cables and LV aerial bunched cables for USD 16.41 million- Entered into a manufacturing agreement with TS Conductor Corp
