The Company is engaged in Real Estate Promotion, Construction of Residential Apartments to cater to the needs of Middle and Lower Income Group at Madras and in the neighbouring states of Tamilnadu. The Company started its operations during middle 1987 and since then the Company has successfully completed and handed over about 1.70 lac SFT of constructed area in their three major projects viz., SRI KRISHNA APARTMENTS, Anna Nagar, GARDEN VILLA, APARTMENTS, Ramavaram and RACE VIEW APARTMENTS, Guindy, all within the City limit of Madras. The details of the, projects completed by the company are given below : SUBSIDIARY COMPANY The company does not have any subsidiary company. 2010 -Company has changed its name from Harringtons Industries Ltd. to Le Waterina Resorts & Hotels Ltd. 2011 -Company has splits its Face value of Shares from Rs 10 to Re 1 2012 -Le Waterina Resorts has designed new website address: www.lewaterina.co.in
