Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a Board resolution dated June 27, 2025, and a special resolution passed by our Shareholders on July 17, 2025, and consequently the name of our Company was changed to LEAP India Limited, and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated July 31, 2025, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.Major Events:2013- Incorporation of our Company2019- Implemented SAP Business One, an enterprise resource planning system, into our business operation - Launch of MyLEAP Application- Reached a pool size of 2.47 million pallets2023- Acquisition of Skan Marine Services Private Limited2024- Reached a pool size of 5.93 million pallets2025- Acquired 100% of the equity capital of CHEP, pursuant to which CHEP was merged into our Company- Implemented SAP HANA, an in-memory database to run advanced analytics alongside high speed transactions- Initiated Salesforce CRM rollout- Entered the GCC region with the incorporation of our Subsidiary, LEAP GULF Company
