Our Company was originally incorporated under the name "Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013 vide Certificate of Incorporation dated November 16, 2019, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central registration Centre. Subsequently, the status of the Company was changed to public limited and the name of our Company was changed to "Leo Dryfruits & Spices Trading Limited" vide Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of our Company held on June 20, 2023. The fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion was issued on July 07, 2023, by Assistant Registrar of Companies/ Deputy Registrar of Companies/ Registrar of Companies, Centralised Processing Centre. The Corporate Identification Number of our Company is U10799MH2019PLC333102.MAJOR EVENTS:2019- Incorporation of our Company as private limited company2022- Received FSSAI License from Food and Drug Administration Food Safety and Standards Authority of India License under FSS Act, 20062023- Conversion of our Company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company2025-The Company has received AGMARK approval from Ministry of Agriculture & Farmers Welfare, Government of India for 30 Blended Spices & Powdered Spices products.-The Company executed of Share Purchase Agreement to acquire 60% stake in STK Food Processing Private Limited-The Company has entered into a Product Supply Agreement with Zepto Pvt. Ltd. for the supply of various products manufactured and sold by the Company. -The Company has approved the proposed to finalize and execute the agreement with M/s Prem Builders, a Partnership firm for the purchase of four commercial units situated Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai.- The Company has secured a significant order for the supply of Dryfruits, Spices and other Food Products from Taj Group of Hotels.
