Subsequently, pursuant to Special Resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting, held on February 06, 2024, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently the name of our Company was changed from "Liotech Industries Private Limited" to "Liotech Industries Limited" vide a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from private company to public company dated April 12, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Registration Centre bearing CIN U27100GJ2020PLC114008.MAJOR EVENTS AND MILESTONES:2020- Incorporation of Company2024- Received Certification of ISO 9001:2015 from Quality Research Organisation.- Received Certificate of Recognition as a Startup from Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade.- Conversion of Private Company to Public Limited Company.
