Subsequently the Company was converted into public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on March 15, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Lorenzini Apparels Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Assistant Registrar of Companies, Delhi on March 30, 2017. Major Events and Milestones 2007 - Incorporation of the Company - Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company - Received ISO 9001: 2015 systems certification 2024 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 6:11. -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
