Major Events and Milestones 2007 - Incorporation of the Company - Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company - Received ISO 9001: 2015 systems certification 2024 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 6:11. -The Company has splits its face value from Rs. 10/- to Rs. 1/-.
