The certificate of commencement of business was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra and Nagar Havelli, Ahmedabad on September 26, 2011. Pravinkumar Mafatlal Patel, Mafatlal Jethabhai Patel, Dhanajibhai Shivrambhai Patel, Kalpeshkumar Nathalal Patel, Dharmishtaben I Patel, Ishwarbhai D Patel, Narsinhbhai Jethabhai Patel and Revabhai J Patel, partners of M/s Mangalam Seedsm, were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company.Pravinkumar Mafatlal Patel, Mafatlal Jethabhai Patel and Dhanajibhai Shivrambhai Patel are the Promoters of the Company.
