Subsequently the Company was converted into public limited Company pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on February 25, 2017 and the name of the Company was changed to Meera Industries Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion to public limited Company was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on March 09, 2017. The Promoters of the Company are Dharmesh V. Desai and Bijal D. Desai.Major Events and Milestones :2006-Incorporation of the Company -Acquisition of Meera Industries, a proprietary concern by the Company-Transfer of the stock-in-trade of Radhe Industries, a proprietary concern to the Company2017-Conversion of Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company2020-The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 7:5.
