Key Events and Mile Stones 2011 - Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "Megastar Foods Private Limited" 2017 - FSSC 22000 certification scheme for food safety systems including ISO 22000:2005, ISO 22002-1:2009, and additional FSSC 22000 requirements in respect of Processing (Pre Cleaning, Cleaning, milling, Sifting) of Wheat products like Atta, Maida, Suzi, Bran and its packaging in HDPE laminated bags and Poly Pouch bags. 2018 - Company has altered object clause via inserting new objects in the Object Clause of Memorandum of Association of the Company. - Converted into Public Limited Company vide fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 16, 2018. 2019 -The Company Has Received An Award From ITC Limited In Recognition Of Exceptional Performance At Vendor Meet Event Organised In Bangalore.
