Meyer Apparel Limited set up with technical and financial collaboration of Marzotto Spa of Italy supplies industrially manufactured classic men's wear, using state of art equipment imported from Europe. Meyer Apparel Limited underwent a twelve Month technical training in advance of launching into full production in 1996, with Italian technicians on hand to supervise training and the setting up of quality assurance procedures in the company. Perfection cannot be achieved without practice. Training and continuous up-gradation of know-how has been one of the key focus areas of Meyer Apparel Limited. A permanent training center has been set up within the factory complex at Gurgaon to provide extensive operational know-how to the grass root shop floor operators. Not only does this center impart skills to the operators, but it also serves as a center for further R&D activities that would improve upon and generate new technologies suited to the global garment industry.The Meyer Apparel Limited's production unit Located within close vicinity of New Delhi has the capacity to produce 600 jackets and 800 pairs of trousers in a single eight Hour shift. Meyer Apparel Limited (Formerly Givo Limited) Exports a major portion of its production to USA, Canada, Europe & Middle East.YEAR EVENTS2000- The Company's Equity shares arising on conversion of 10% CCPs of Rs. 100/- issue to promoters group companies & associates on preferential basis.- Equity shares allotted to Manifuttura Lane Gaetano Marzotto & Figli S.p.A of Italy, Foreign Collaborators against technical know-how fee for consideration on other than cash basis.2001- Givo has launched a new range of shirts for the fashion-conscious Indian male.2010- Mr. R. K. Sharma has been appointed as the Chief Finance Officer (CFO) of the Company.2015- The company has changed its name from Givo Ltd. to Meyer Apparel Ltd.2016- GIVO Ltd has appointed M/s Skyline Financials Services Private Limited as its Registrar and share transfer agent- GIVO Ltd has informed that the Board of the Directors of the Company have appointed Mr. Ajay Srivastava as Vice Chairman and Non- Executive Director
