The Company was originally incorporated on August 23, 1985 as "Milton Laminates Private Limited" vide Registration no. 008047/1985-1986 under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 with the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat. Further the Company was converted into Public Limited Company and consequently name of company was changed from "Milton Laminates Private Limited" to "Milton Laminates Limited" vide resolution passed by the Shareholders at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on February 24, 1997 and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated March 31, 1997 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli.
