Later, the name of the Company was changed to "Milton Industries Limited" vide Shareholder's Resolution passed at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting of the Company held on February 23, 2007 and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated April 3, 2007 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat, Gujarat, Dadra & Nagar Haveli pursuant to change in name of the Company.Key Events / Milestone / Achievements1986-Incorporation of the Company in the name and style of "Milton Laminates Private Limited"-Acquire Land for setting up Unit - I for manufacturing of Laminates1996-Receive Certificate by Plastic and Linoleum Export Promotion Council for selection of the company as winner of second Top Export Award for the Year 1994-951997-Conversion of the Company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company.
