The company also manufactures and dyes woollen and systhetic tops, and undertakes commission combing, both of wool and other synthetic fibres at Chandigarh.The company is also in the contruction business. 2002-Modella Woollens Ltd has informed that at the meeting of the Board of Directors held on March 14, 2002, Mrs Gopee Grover, has been appointed as an Additional Director of the Company. 2007 -Modella Woollens Ltd has designated E-mail ID for Investor Complaints - modella@hathway.com2009-Mr. V K Grover has been elected the Chairman & Managing Director of the Company.
