The company obtained certificate of commencement of business on 23rd April 1992. The company has been promoted by Modern Steels Limited and Shri Amajit Goyal. The company has set up a plant for the processing of 3.2 LPD of milk based on three shifts (about 21 working hours per day) for the manufacture of milk products viz. Packed Liquid Milk, Whole Milk Powder, Skimmed Milk Powder (SMP) andf Dairy Whitener (DW). Pure Ghee would also be produced in the process as a by product. 2007 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 1:1. 2008 -Company has informed that the given below are the details of the email id designated exclusively for grievance redressal division / compliance officer: ashishsharma@modernsteels.com 2011 - Dr. P. K. Jain was appointed as Whole Time Director on the Board of Directors. -Appointed Mr. Ashwani Kumar Aggarwal as Chief Executive Officer. 2012 -Company has informed that the Company has commenced the Export of Casein from Unit No2. 2013 -Appointment of Mr. Mohan Lal Sharma as Nominee Director on the Board of the Company. 2014 -Approved the change in Registrar & Share Transfer Agent of the Company from M/s.
