The Company has obtained approval from Company Law Board,Northern region bench for shifting of Registered Office from Delhi to the state of Madhya Pradesh vide their order no.74/17/95-CLB dated 31st May,1995.The said order has been registered by the Registrar of Companies,Madhya Pradesh on 17th July,1995. 2008 -Monnet Industries has assigned E-mail ID for Investors Complaints: isc_mind@monnetgroup.com. 2014 -Shri Sourabh Khandelwal has been appointed as an Independent Director on the company. 2021 -Company name has changed to Monind Ltd. from Monnet Industries Ltd..
