The Company was initially incorporated on February 28, 2005, as a Private Limited Company in the name of "M P KSteels (I) Private Limited" under the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956 bearing Corporate Identification Number U27109AS2005PTC007674 issued by the Deputy Registrar of Companies, Assam, Mizoram, Manipur, Tripura, Nagaland, Arunachal Pradesh & Meghalaya, Guwahati.
