Chheda as a Company Secretary of the Company 2014 - Pearl Agriculture Ltd has Splits its face value of Rs. 10/- (Rupees Ten) each into 10 (Ten) Equity Shares having nominal value of Re. 1/- (Rupee One)2015- "Pearl Agriculture Ltd has initiated exports in Agricultural goods".-"Pearl Agriculture Limited And Trinity Agroimpex Private Limited (TAIPLl) Form Joint Venture- A Step Towards Organic Revolution".-"Company is entering into Organic Farming and Cultivation as well in production of premium organic products like stevia, aloevera, moringa, eucalyptus, marigold etc."
