A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent to conversion into public limited Company was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat on January 7, 2021. the Company was recognized as a startup pursuant to the Certificate of Recognition number DIPP4092 dated June 27, 2017 issued Department for Promotion of Industry and Internal Trade.MAJOR EVENTS IN THE HISTORY OF THE COMPANY :2017- Incorporation of the Company- Received DIPPT Certification recognising the Company as a Start-Up2021- Conversion of the Company from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company. 2024 -The Company has issued Bonus Shares in the Ratio of 2:1.
