The Company was originally incorporated as `Nazara.Com Private Limited' on December 8, 1999 at Mumbai, Maharashtra, India as a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, and was granted the certificate of incorporation by the RoC. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Nazara Technologies Private Limited and a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the RoC on July 4, 2003. the Company was converted into a public limited company and the name of the Company was changed its name to `Nazara Technologies Limited'. A fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the RoC on December 13, 2017.
