Our Company was originally incorporated as Amardeep Logistics Private Limited, a private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a Certificate of Incorporation dated March 2, 2012, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Subsequently, the name of the Company was changed to Neptune Logitek Private Limited pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on March 24, 2022, and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad on April 5, 2022.Thereafter, the Company was converted from a private limited company to a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on October 14, 2024.
