Neptune Tradelink" pursuant to a Deed of Partnership dated April 03, 2021.The Partnership firm was formed by acquiring the business of M/s. Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and the name of our Company was changed from "Neptune Petrochemicals Private Limited" to "Neptune Petrochemicals Limited" vide fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 16, 2024 issued by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
