Subsequently, the company was converted into Public Limited Company vide Shareholders Resolution passed at the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on August 29, 2020 and name of company was changed to "Network People Services Technologies Limited" pursuant to issuance of Fresh Certification of Incorporation dated October 09, 2020 by Registrar of Companies, Mumbai bearing Corporate Identification Number U74110MH2013PLC248874. The registered office of the company is situated at 306, 3rd Floor, Lodha Supremus II, Road No. 22, Wagle Estate, Thane (West) - 400604 India.
