Major Events and Milestones:2022- Incorporated as Nityas Gems and Jewellery Private Limited2024- Incorporated a Subsidiary Company named Ratna LGD Private Limited2025- Conversion of a private company into public limited company and the name of the company changed from `Nityas Gems and Jewellery Private Limited' to `Nityas Gems and Jewellery Limited'.- Acquisition of 50.04% stake in Ayaani Diamonds and Jewellery Private Limited ("ADJPL").
