The name of the Company was changed to One Point One Solutions Private Limited pursuant to a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon change of name, dated December 17, 2013, issued by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. Subsequently, pursuant to shareholders resolution passed at Extraordinary General Meeting of the Company held on August 18, 2017, the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company, following which the name was changed to One Point One Solutions Limited and a Fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent upon conversion of company to Public Limited dated October 09, 2017 was issued by Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai. The Corporate Identification number of the Company is U74900MH2008PLC182869. Asha R. Saboo, Shantilal L. Salecha, Dinesh Jain were the initial subscribers to the Memorandum of Association of the Company. Akshay Chhabra and Tech Worldwide Support Private Limited are the promoters of the Company. Initial Subscribers to the Memorandum of Association transferred their entire shareholding to Arjun Bhatia and Akashanand Karnik on January 07, 2014 in the ratio of 66.40% and 33.60% respectively. Further, Akshay Chhabra acquired entire shares from Arjun Bhatia pursuant to invocation of pledge agreement dated July 24, 2015.
