This Company was set up to manufacture Aluminium Metallised Polypropylene & Polyester Films, used exensively in Capacitor Industyr. The unit originally set up at a cost of Rs. 160.00 lakhs, commenced production in 1986. During 1987 the Management of the Company was takenover by Mr. Chand D Datwani and Mr. Nanik G Rohera, the promoters of Venlon Polyester Film Limited, a listed Company. 2007 - Email ID: bse@venlon.com 2010 - Alpha Systems Pvt. Ltd, Bangalore have merged with Integrated Enterprises (India) Ltd, Bangalore. 2016 - The Company have shifted its registered office of from No.69, Cubbornpet, III Cross, Bangalore - 560 002,Karnataka to16B, 1st Phase, Peenya Industrial Area,Peenya, Bangalore - 560 058,Karnataka. 2021 -Company is delighted to announce the commencement of production in Peenya Industrial Area, Bangalore.
