The Company was originally incorporated as Pansari Developers Private Limited on April 22, 1996 as a private limited company under the provision of Companies Act, 1956 with Registrar of Companies, West Bengal. Further, pursuant to Special resolution passed by the Shareholders, at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on June 06, 2016 the Company was converted into a Public Limited Company and consequently name of Company was changed to Pansari Developers Limited. A fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to the change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Kolkata, on June 21, 2016. The Company was originally promoted by Mr. Kishore Kumar Agarwal and Mr. Dipak Kumar Agarwal who were the original/initial subscribers to the Company's Memorandum and Articles of Association in the year 1996. Presently Mr. Mahesh Kumar Agarwal, Mahesh Kumar Agarwal HUF and Dinesh Kumar Agarwal HUF are the Promoters of the Company.
