The Corporate Identification Number of our Company U17110MH1996PLC097972.MAJOR EVENTS:1996- Incorporation of our Company as Paramount Syntex Private Limited" under the Companies Act, 1956.- Increase in Authorized paid up capital2012- Increase in Authorized paid up capital2023- Adoption of New MOA and AOA as per Companies Act, 2013.- Increase in Authorized paid up capital2024- Conversion of Company from Private Limited to Public Limited Company.
