The Company was incorporated as a public limited company namely "Rasam 18 Resorts and Clubs Limited" under the Companies Act, vide certificate of incorporation dated January 10, 2018 issued by Central Registration Centre bearing registration no. 100469. Further, the Company name has been changed from "Rasam 18 Resorts and Clubs Limited" to "Pearl Green Clubs And Resorts Limited" vide certificate of incorporation dated November 26, 2019 issued by Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad bearing registration no. 100469, in pursuance of a special resolution passed by the members of the Company at the Extra Ordinary General Meeting held on October 21, 2019. Pearl Green Clubs and Resorts Limited is growing in the agricultural sector of Wheat Corn, Rice, Seeds Cotton, Gram, Pulses, Cereals Peas etc. It is also involved in trading of these Agricultural Products.
