Subsequently, our Company was converted into a Public Limited Company pursuant to the special resolution passed by the Shareholders of our Company on July 21, 2022. Consequent upon conversion of our Company into public limited, the name of company was changed from "Phantom Digital Effects Private Limited" to "Phantom Digital Effects Limited" and a fresh Certificate of Incorporation dated July 29, 2022, was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Tamil Nadu at Chennai.
