In terms of special resolution dated April 20, 1992 passed u/s 31/44 of the Companies Act, 1956. 2005 -Pharmaids Pharmaceuticals signs Ayurvedic drugs deal. -The Company appointed Mr. Bipin Shah as the Chairman of the Company. 2024 -The Company has entered into Share Purchase Agreement with two existing Public Shareholders of the Company. -The Company has completed the Acquisition of 99.86% shareholding in Adita Bio Sys Private Limited.
