Further, the name of our Company was changed to "Polysil Irrigation Systems Private Limited" pursuant to the special resolution passed by the Shareholders of our Company at the extra-ordinary ordinary general meeting held on November 8, 2010 and the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, Mumbai issued a fresh certificate of incorporation dated January 03, 2011, upon change of the name of the Company.
