Subsequently, pursuant to a Special Resolution passed by the shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 04, 2025, the name of the Company was changed to "Poojaa Precision Engg. Private Limited" and a fresh certificate of incorporation pursuant to change of name dated December 06, 2025 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre. Further, pursuant to a special resolution passed by the Shareholders in the Extra-Ordinary General Meeting held on December 08, 2025, the Company was converted from a private limited company to public limited company and consequently the name of the Company was changed to "Poojaa Precision Engg. Limited", and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated December 12, 2025 was issued to the Company by the Registrar of Companies, Central Processing Centre.
