The Company was incorporated in Mumbai, Maharashtra as "Essel Marketing & Promotions Private Limited",private limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated on September 01, 2006 issued by the RoC, Mumbai, Maharashtra. Thereafter, the name of the Company was changed to "Pramara Promotions Private Limited", pursuant to a resolution passed by the shareholders at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on January 14, 2019, pursuant to which a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies Maharashtra at Mumbai on February 04, 2019.
