The name of our Company was subsequently changed to "Prasol Chemicals Private Limited", upon reconversion into a private company, pursuant to a board resolution dated October 5, 2016 and a shareholders' resolution dated December 1, 2016, and a certificate of change of name was issued on June 5, 2017 by the Registrar of Companies, Maharashtra, at Mumbai.
