Subsequently, our Company was converted into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed by our Shareholders at an Extra-ordinary General Meeting held on January 06, 2025 and the name of our Company was changed to `Propshop Events and Exhibitions Limited'. A fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon conversion from Private Limited Company to Public Limited Company dated February 10, 2025, was issued by the RoC.
