M/s Purohit Construction Limited was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 2nd July, 1991 and subsequently the company was converted into a Public Limited Company vide special resolution on 9th August, 1994 and the fresh Certificate of Incorporation consequent on change of name was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Gujarat on 30th September, 1994. The Company is based at Ahmedabad and is engaged in the activities of real estate development and construction. PUROHIT group is one of the leading groups in Ahmedabad engaged predominantly in construction activities, having successfully completed several prestigious residential/commercial schemes in and around Ahmedabad. PROJECTS EXECUTED Till the year 1992-93, various construction projects taken up by the group were either in the name of the Company or in the name of other Companies/firms of the group. However, from 1992-93, the group has consolidated all its projects in the name of company "PUROHIT CONSTRUCTION LIMITED" only. All the projects already executed are at prestigious locations, have unique architectural elements and have modern design and facilities incorporated with superior construction quality. The most important factor being, all the projects have been completed within stipulated time. 2016 -Purohit Construction Ltd has informed that appointment of Bigshare Services Pvt. Ltd. as its Registrar and Transfer Agent in place of Sharepro Services (India) Limited.
